How it works
The consultation adapts as you go, because a question that cannot change your answer is a question worth skipping.
Tell us what you are buying, where, and your status here. From those three, CredMe works out your financing cap, your maximum term, the debt burden ceiling that applies, and the transfer fee for that emirate. You see each one as it is derived, with the regulation behind it.
If your income clears the property comfortably, we do not ask about card limits, and we say so rather than quietly dropping them.
Every answer stays editable. Go back to any of them and the answers after it are kept. Refresh the page and you pick up where you left off.
If your income does not support what the product allows, we say so and quantify it. A tool that only delivers good news is a sales funnel, not counsel.
Every rule that can change when a regulator or a lender changes its mind lives as a dated, sourced record. Nothing is buried in code. When a bank changes appetite, one record changes.
The same inputs always produce the same result, and every result carries the policy records that justified it. That is what makes the explanations real rather than a claim.
Plain English is applied to a result that has already been calculated. It never does the calculating. If it did, no answer could be audited and two customers with identical files could get different numbers.
An advisor reviews everything the engine worked out before you speak. You will not repeat yourself, and you will not start over. They already know which constraint is binding on your file and what question is worth opening with.
Nothing reaches a bank unless you decide it should.
