This page explains, in plain language, what information CredMe collects when you use this website, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how long it is kept.

Who we are

CredMe UAE (credmeuae.com) is operated by CredMe L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (trade licence 2526266.01). Registered address (not a walk-in office): Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your information, email admin@credmeuae.com.

What we collect

The details you give us during a consultation or calculator session, such as residency, employment, income and property plans, and your name, phone number and email if you ask for a CredReport or to speak with an advisor. If you work with an advisor, they may also ask for documents a lender needs. No credit check is performed.

What it is used for

Preparing your CredReport, matching your situation against UAE lender policy and, when you ask, putting you in touch with your advisor about your enquiry. When you make an enquiry, you confirm that CredMe and your mortgage advisor may contact you about it. Marketing messages are separate: you receive them only if you tick that optional box, and you can stop them at any time. We do not sell your information.

Who sees your details

Your details are seen by CredMe’s advisory team. They are shared with a bank or lender only when you decide to go ahead with that lender. Like most websites, we use service providers that host and run the site and its systems on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Railway (application and database hosting), our email provider for enquiry notifications, and Google Analytics if you allow it (see below).

Cookies and analytics

If you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser. We do not send your name, phone number, email, the financial details you enter, or your case reference to Google. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops Google Analytics and clears its cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. We keep some records for longer where we are required to keep business or tax records, or while a complaint, dispute or audit is open. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to stop marketing messages, email admin@credmeuae.com. We will delete what we hold apart from records we are required to keep, and tell you if anything has to be kept and why.

Your CredReport

Your CredReport is yours to keep, download and share with any bank you choose, at your own discretion.
