These are the plain-language terms of using CredMe's consultation and calculator. They are a summary, not a substitute for a full, legally-drafted terms of service, which we recommend before this product handles real customer commitments at scale.

Using CredMe

CredMe's consultation, calculator, and CredReport are provided free of charge, with no sign-up required to begin. You may stop at any point, and nothing you share is submitted to a bank unless you decide to move forward.

Fees and charges

CredMe charges you no mortgage advisory or brokerage fee. We are paid a commission by the lender when a mortgage completes. Bank and government charges, such as the lender’s processing and valuation fees and property registration fees, are separate from CredMe’s service: they are set by the bank or the relevant authority and paid by you directly to them.

CredMe UAE is operated by CredMe L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (trade licence 2526266.01). Registered address (not a walk-in office): Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Consultations by phone, WhatsApp or appointment.

No guarantee of approval

A CredReport reflects our best estimate of your position at the time it is prepared. Final approval, rate, and terms are always at the discretion of the relevant bank, subject to its own underwriting process.

Your advisor

Once you choose to connect with your assigned advisor, they review the details behind your CredReport before anything is finalized. Their guidance does not replace, and is never overridden by, the automated recommendation itself.
